Design Fee Structure and Rebate
Our design fees are calculated on the square footage of your footage of your project. If the process exceeds the time allotted, an additional hourly fee can be added. If the majority of the materials for your building project are purchased from Pukall Lumber, we will rebate half of the design fee at the conclusion of the project.
Project Management and Coordination
From out of town? Our design staff can do project management and coordinating the construction with the general contractor of your choice. We work closely with our contractor customers to create your dream home or vacation cabin.
