and light commercial design experience.

Marjie owned her own planning and design service company for over 15 years focusing on three-dimensional drafting of residences, remodels and light commercial construction. She subsequently spent five years exclusively designing hand scribed log structures for Frontier Builders in Land O Lakes. Most recently she worked with Northland Buildings in Minocqua, coordinating sales, delivery and construction of steel clad structures in northcentral Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan.

Design Services for the Home Owner
Whether new construction or remodeling, bring in your sketches, photos and clippings or simply sit down and chat with our design team. We will help convert your ideas into working drawings. Our 3-D modeling computer program will help you visualize the finished product.
There are three phases to any design project and we can take you through any or all of the phases. The first phase is the conceptual design phase where we explore the many different options that may be available to you. There may be several revisions as we zero in on the final plan.
After you have approved a design plan, we begin the working drawings that will be used by our staff and your builder to arrive at material lists and ultimately for construction.

Design Services for Contractors
